Book Kerala Taxi began with two sedans and one promise — that a guest should never have to worry about the car. Today we run a 120-vehicle fleet across four airports and fourteen districts, and the promise has not changed.

Our story
In 2009, a former hotel transport manager bought two sedans and started meeting flights at Nedumbassery himself. The idea was unglamorous: turn up early, keep the car spotless, quote a fare and stick to it.
Word travelled the way it does in Kerala — through hotel concierges, wedding planners and family WhatsApp groups. Within five years the two sedans had become a mixed fleet of SUVs and tempo travellers. Corporate accounts followed, then the pilgrimage season contracts, then the destination weddings. What did not scale was anonymity: we still know every chauffeur by name, and still take the difficult 2 a.m. calls ourselves.
