Cancellation and Refund Policy

Advance payment

To confirm your taxi booking with Book Kerala Taxi, a 25% advance payment is required at the time of confirmation. The remaining balance can be settled during the journey.

Refunds on cancellation

Advance payments may be refunded when a booking is cancelled for a genuine and acceptable reason, subject to the applicable cancellation terms below.

Cancellation window

For a refund, cancellations should be communicated at least 3 days before the scheduled travel date.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled journey will generally not be eligible for a refund, as the vehicle and driver may already have been allocated for your trip.

Checking your vehicle

We recommend checking the vehicle before beginning your journey to ensure that the vehicle provided corresponds with the category or model booked and is in a satisfactory condition.

If you notice any issue with the vehicle or find that the provided vehicle does not match your booking, please contact Book Kerala Taxi immediately so that we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
